Jerez de la Frontera gave the world sherry, and the Al Ándalus pauses for a tasting in one of its historic bodegas — cathedral-like halls of stacked oak butts. Jerez is also home to the Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art, whose 'dancing horses' perform a ballet of haute école.
